“Fake it till you make it” is a very
common catchphrase.
If you don't feel confident, pretend
you are until you gain the experience or the confidence that is for real.
Even Therapist, use it all the time
for patients suffering from depression. Thought it feels like artificial and
forced but it will become more natural until you are happier and healthier.
Let’s
get real, life is hard. We all struggle for something in our life with
different circumstances and face loneliness, the bitterness, poor health and
the pain. But life does not end at some point we all have to put effort to
achieve our goals, before that you should focus on some points
- Know what you can fake.
First of all know what you can fake
and what not. Faking is for you to build self-esteem so that you can get to
know what you can achieve.
- Examine your motivation
Nothing is too hard to get it, so
self-motivation is very important as only you know yourself more than anyone.
Be positive to yourself as you know you are doing it for only you and motive
yourself.
- Build your case
Wherever you are lacking you know so
build up yourself from that point and move, if you are lacking confidence make
your fear your strength and pretend you are very confident and slowly you will
come of that artificial world and when you come out you will be real, confident
and happy.
- Develop self-worth
You have to develop your worth in
your eyes first, it is an important aspect of our emotional well-being high
self-esteem means we love and accept ourselves the way we are, and generally
feel satisfied most of the time.
