1. Get enough sleep-
It not only keeps you healthy but also happier. a very well said phrase you must heard of “early to bed and early to rise makes you healthy, wealthy and wise”.Always be settle down before you sleep read a book or watch tv (preferably not violent, aggressive) but does not do homework or something that makes you stressful and require to think.
2. Eat healthy food –
Avoid junk food and start eating fruits and green leafy vegetables. This will leave you feel more energetic and happy. Avoid processed food. Replace Chocolate bar to fruit bar.Increase fruits in your diet instead of junk food.
3. Drink plenty of water-
water is good for everything it makes your skin clear and makes you energetic.try to drink 8 glassed of water in a day. water is good source of energy if you do not like plain water try flavors or lemon add some lemon slice. water is just an amazing source for your overall health.
4. Exercise-
Whether it is a brisk walk, a fast jog,martial arts, aerobics, dance in your space,something like that may keep you feeling strong, happy and increase immunity in fact. clearly you do not have to be compelled to exercise daily as a result of, lets face it, we do not forever have the time.
5. Smile and laugh-
